In my journey at ScienceSoft, I have grown from Project Coordinator to Head of AI & Principal Architect — scaling the technical team from 16 to 70+ people and opening new expertise areas in Blockchain, AI, and ML.
Role & Responsibilities
As Head of AI & Principal Architect, I lead AI research and engineering initiatives, including:
- Training and deploying TTS, ASR, and LLM models for enterprise clients
- Designing scalable AI infrastructure and MLOps pipelines on AWS
- Architecting HIPAA-compliant healthcare AI systems
- Leading the AI/ML practice and mentoring engineering teams
Key Achievements
- Scaled the AI/ML team and established the AI practice at ScienceSoft
- Opened expertise in Blockchain, Web3, and decentralized systems
- Maintained AWS Advanced Partner status
- Delivered enterprise AI projects across healthcare, finance, and telecom verticals
- Built and deployed production TTS systems for Gulf Arabic dialects
